Event Details

The Downtown Living Tour markets the uniqueness and diversity of residential units in downtown. The tour offers something for everyone, from young professionals and empty nesters looking to live downtown, as well as architectural students and those interested in historic preservation, interior design, and urban living.

On Saturday, May 19, the 12th Annual Downtown Living Tour promises to showcase some of the most-talked about residential living spaces in and around Downtown Syracuse. In the coming months and weeks, we will reveal this year’s stops along the self-guided walking tour.  This year COR Development will be presenting  the exciting new Iron Pier Apartments, located at the Syracuse Inner Harbor as a destination partner. We are also showcasing the Aloft Syracuse Inner Harbor as an exclusive tour rest stop!  Stop by for food, drinks, live music and an exclusive first look at what is to come at the Syracuse Inner Harbor. Come and visit us!

Along the tour, you’ll walk through occupied and available units and condos throughout Armory Square, Clinton Square, the Convention District, the Heart of Downtown and more!

Free Shuttle:
If you’d prefer not to walk, don’t worry; There will be a free shuttle that runs every ten-minutes or so, for your convenience. Just look for signs for the shuttle stops along your way.

Come see why Downtown is the neighborhood of choice!

Advance-Sale tickets are $12 and will be available in mid-April. Day-Of Tickets are $15, and may be purchased at Tour Headquarters (location TBD).

Children 10 and under are free.

The Downtown Living Tour is presented by the Downtown Committee of Syracuse, Inc., a private, not-for-profit, professional downtown management organization, representing all property owners and tenants within the central business district. It is the hope of the Downtown Committee that the Downtown Living Tour builds awareness of the importance of residential development as a key element in a vibrant and successful downtown, as well as increases awareness of the revitalization taking place in Downtown Syracuse.

We hope you’ll join us on May 19!
