The Syracuse Inner Harbor is a hidden gem at the South end of Onondaga Lake in the City of Syracuse. Located just a half mile from the downtown urban core, sandwiched between Franklin Square and Destiny USA, with easy access from Route 81 and 690 and adjacent to a regional shopping mall. The Syracuse Inner Harbor will be a new urban neighborhood with unique waterfront access linking the City to the Lake.

COR Development was selected by the City of Syracuse in January 2012 to develop 28 acres surrounding Syracuse Inner Harbor. COR’s vision for the Inner Harbor is a pedestrian friendly mixed-use community/neighborhood that focuses public access to the water’s edge. When fully built out, Inner Harbor will be home to over 400 residential opportunities including apartments, townhouses, and condominiums. Residents and visitors alike will shop and dine in over 150,000 Square feet of street level retail and restaurants. Businesses will be able to call Inner Harbor their home in 130,000 square feet of available office space surrounding the harbor.
