Friday, August 9th: 4:00pm – 10:00pm
Saturday, August 10th: Noon – 10:00pm
Enjoy the Syracuse Inner Harbor and all if has to offer during this two-day festival (August 9th – 10th) with proceeds benefitting La Casita Cultural Center.
